 At Loobany’s we strive to always provide a great shopping experience. We are an online and physical store of handmade and custom jewelry. We are focused on giving customers a chance to create their favorite piece at an excellent price. Our motivation is to make every customer happy.

All orders are processed between 3 to 4 days up to 2 weeks (depending on the order) and then sent by mail or pickup at the store.

No money is returned nor returns are made after payment of the total amount of the purchase. 
We are not responsible for any USPS lost packages.  If you think your package or mail is lost or delayed, https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm fill the information, and let USPS know about it.

In Store:
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, just let us know and we will make it better. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, you must contact us within 5 days of your purchase or from the date your item is confirmed delivered by tracking. All items must be in new condition, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Some of the items, due to the hygiene aspect that involves their use, can’t be returned.
Important: 
-Custom-made personalized pieces are final sale. These items are handmade to order and cannot be returned. 
-Items purchased on sale and marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned.
